Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During collection launches or sales, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using UPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Palm Beach Golf Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We’ll always do our best to help locate your package or file a claim if necessary.

International Orders

We currently only ship within the U.S., but international shipping options will be available soon.
